90s does 50s vintage rockabilly polka dot halter dress

I guess I’m old enough that things I have held onto from the 90s are vintage now? Anyway, snag yourself this cute 90s does 50s rockabilly dress made in USA! Fabric is a really nice acetate rayon mix. Ruching around bust. It looks like the straps were taken in a little (see pics) but otherwise like new. Waist is 28” Underarm to underarm: 18” Marked US 9 but fits like modern 6.
