Black velvet 1990's mini cocktail dress. 69% acetate, 15 rayon, 15 nylon. Fully lined, with back cris cross straps. Dry clean only. Only worn once. Very difficult to photograph for it does not kay flat. It has crisscross straps in back. The top has slits or openings above the heart shape bodice. A small slit in back at hem. It is too small to fit on my manikin. Put to pit is 32”length from under arm to hem is 25 1/2”.
