90s express frilly dress

this dress was my sister's in the 90s and is still in good shape! frilly trim, bright reddish orange floral pattern, and great with combat boots. the straps cross cross in the back, and hems outlining the bust. fits a modern size xs to small, 5/6 on the tag. From Express. all polyester.
