90s floral dress

Oh how I wish this was a size bigger! Super pretty and femme floral dress with the most beautiful shell buttons. Tag says 3/4 so would likely fit a modern size 0-2 best. I’m a size 4-6 and the sleeves are tight. Vintage/ used condition with a few loose threads and stitches but no stains or tears. Chest: 17” taken flat Waist: 13” Length: 44” Reminds me of Christy Dawn and Sezane
