90s green plaid skirt

Brand: Star City Clothing Co. Size: Tag says 11/12 but since it is from the 90s, I would refer to the measurements bc the sizing isn’t accurate. Measurements👇 Waist: 15in Hip: 19 1/2in Length: 14 1/2in Hem: 20in Item is in good condition despite flaw shown on 3rd slide. The button had fallen off. It can easily be sewn back. Button has been lost upon moving, but I can send another button with order!
