Meridian is a Japanese vintage-inspired in house brand sold at Top of the Hill, a chain of Japanese vintage clothing stores that specialize in American and European vintage clothes. So, even though it's not true vintage, I trust the design and the quality of their pieces. This one is a rippling mix of crushed velvet/velour juxtaposed with burnout/mesh stripes. Looks great under jumpers/pinafores.
