90's inspired plaid short skirt

This is a maroon colored plaid skirt by the brand XXI. It is a US size 24. This skirt has been worn once. It has details of white, brown, and navy plaid. This skirt is great for 90's style. Or for a Halloween outfit. The skirt is shorter as shown on me. I am 5 foot and 4 Inches and am petite. This skirt has a zipper which allows you to put it on and take it off. It's a great style piece!
