90s MESH MILKMAID DRESS Cuuute milkmaid style dress with a blue floral mesh material. 2 layers of fabric, elastic puff sleeves, little tie bow on the neckline. Great for layering. Lettuce hem on the bottom. Tag is cute out but seems like a medium to large. Reminds me of the unif Lilium dress.
