90's retro Black and white dress. SIZE 12 George NWT

Stunning dress new with tags. Stretchy fabric with lovely cap sleves and high waist. New with tags still attached. Very smart for a more formal event, or work. Really looks expensive. retro. Hits a few inches above the knee on a 5 4 lady. It would be very easy to alter the hem to your taste as it is unlined fabric but NOT see through. It is vintage over 20 years old and not a reproduction of the time. I do not see any defects and I have stored it in closet the whole time. New with tags mean it was never worn and the orignal store tag is still on the dress. But it is not "new" like I bought it last year. It is at least 20 years old.
