90s silk velvet bias cut dress embellished split sleeve chiffon 1990s

Gorgeous late 90s Adriana Pappel silk, bias cut, slip style dress. Neutral beige-gray color base with silver velvet and gunmetal embellishments. Features partially beaded, floral patterned, velvet burnout overlay with incredible, romantic, bracelet-length split sleeves. Two velvet covered buttons, immovable, on each sleeve. Silhouette cut along the bias for a tailored fit. The body of the dress is fully lined (the sleeves are not). Roughly maxi length for those under 5'5'' and midi length for those taller than 5'5". Marked a size 8 but please refer to measurements below for accurate fit. Excellent vintage condition, no flaws to note!
