super cute dark blue velvet 90s mini dress - no size on the tag but I’d guess it can fit anywhere between size 2-6 since the fabric has some stretch (measurements below!) and the skirt flares. it’s a little tight on my shoulders since I started swimming again so I’m letting it go :^) laid flat measurements: waist: 14.5” bust: 15” shoulders: 11” length: 33”
