90s vintage girls dress shoes

Used in good condition. Has some light wear. Soles are curling a little bit. Perfect for a Halloween costume! These were used for a Dorothy from the wizard of oz costume. No size tag. Not exactly sure what size it is. According to an online chart, it should be around a 1.5 to 2.5. Please check measurements.
