90s vintage t shirt w 3-D plastic gems & metal studs on sleeves

Unique 90s era vintage t shirt. Spatter paint pattern is actually printed on. Each short sleeve is cuffed , sewn, and decorated with metal circular studs around the cuffs. Front has two sizes of gems; two types of blue as well as gold plastic gems are cut to catch the light. The gems are also lined with 3-D glitter glue. Design features seashells and starfish. There are also glitter designs throughout the front of the shirt, and the spatter paint design on the back. Tag reads “P.G.B. Copyrighted Designs by Genette. Size is one size fits most.
