Looks like it’s from the 90s but not too sure. Not much is known about these but they do have a short heel with an open toe and black leather look lace front. In alright shape. Good for goth looks witch emo vampire dark cottagecore Days 38 1/2 on the bottom but it fots more like a 7 or 7 1/2
