90s/00s Vibes Skater Dress

Breezy, soft and stretchy skater dress. Worn once and well washed! Found at a local thrift store and has very 90’s/00’s vibes! Design has small stencil flowers which is super cute and very spring! Labeled size 8. Brand John Roberts. Hits the knee on me, I’m 5’1.
