90s/Y2K Silk Fairy Cocktail Dress

Amazing y2k vintage silk fairy cocktail dress 🤎 by Nicole Miller, size 12. Drop waist, handkerchief hem, flutter spaghetti straps, and ruffle tie detailing. Would be amazing for a fall/winter wedding or as a holiday dress. Silk with a touch of spandex for stretch. In deadstock condition with tags still on! Fits true to size, but better for a B-C cup. I wear size 36D and the cups are a bit too small. Very attached and reluctant to sell. Reasonable offers only, please!
