90s/Y2K vintage I.NER pull on tube dress-strapless-grey/black stripped flower/floral texture patterned fabric (poly/spandex)-black wide elastic band with embroidery & woven silver metallic thread detail-stretchy-lightweight-mid thigh-can be used as a dress or as a skirt-tag says size L (fits more like S/M-more towards M)-34"-38" bust (more towards 36"/38"-some size variance is possible being stretchy), 27" length, about 15"waist/17"hip(flat,unstretched)-very good condition (very minimal signs of age/wear-refer to photos)- -Hello travelers-All sales are final Everything comes from my own personal collections from over the years.
