90's/Y2K vintage coquette kitschy sunhat motif short sleeve cardigan sweater

white short sleeved cardigan with an overall sunhat and present pattern. has sunhat buttons and a blue woven "ribbon" style accent along the collar and front. has some very minimal light wear but in otherwise wonderful condition. no tag size nor fabric/care information as its been cut out. would be presumed cotton/ramie and hand wash, dry flat care. would best fit a size medium/large depending on personal measurements and desired fit. measurements taken with garment lying flat double where appropriate pit to pit 20" waist 20" length 25"
