9-12M LIttle Bird by Jools Oliver

Blue flower dress with ruffle bloomers. Play for small marks. May have very minor fade to red on the top as different from red in print but not sure. No other issue seen. A favorite print. This brand runs big and dress can fit as a top for a 2-3 year old.
