This gorgeous sterling necklace made of Italian silver features a filigree design setting with 12 round white diamonds and 9 round yellow sapphires. An estate piece, it was tested with a Presidium Gem Tester with verified identification for diamonds and topaz. It measures approximately 18” for the chain and an additional inch for the pendant and is considered to be in Very Good Used Condition. The pendant is marked 925 and has an encircled M as a designer marking. The chain is marked 925 ITALY BS. Please see all pictures for details, condition, and size comps.
