moodtherapy @mialitlescloset Hello, This hoop would meet both of those requirements in my opinion.. We just added an illustration that shows how it opens/closes.. I personally think the thicker gauges look better, but you have to be able to fit that gauge ya know.. I hope that helps a little.. Mike
