soprahsgarden @paulalozano6969 I am not sure. I had a jeweler look at it and she thought yes but I can't guarantee it. Because the setting is Sterling it is more likely that a natural stone was used. The black spot is part of the stone. I purchased it that way. Hope that helps a little any way😀
