We have a wonderful vintage 925 sterling silver Egyptian double-sided cartouche hieroglyphic pendant. This pendant is beautifully designed with crisp hieroglyphics and a diamond-cut frame. This piece is absolutely fabulous! Item Measurements: 2 inches long including the bail and 1/2 inch wide Hallmark: Hallmark is on the edge of one of the cartouche.
