moodtherapy @michellelynngem 18 or 20 gauge, 8mm. If your unsure 20 gauge is standard thickness and will fit any normal unstretched piercing.

moodtherapy @brittany33x everyone is different. So you have an idea 20g is the same thickness as a normal post on an earring. 18g is slightly thicker but still won’t stretch a normal hole. 16g is thick and for stretched out or larger holes.
