925 stamped ring w/pink, white topaz stones

Sterling silver 925 stamped ring size 5. Pink tourmaline middle stone and white topaz stones on each side. By GEM STONE KING. I gained a little weight and now the ring is too tight. Like new condition and not worn much. Only one available.
