November 2022 I fell and injured both knees. I was trying to be tough at first and was not wanting to accept that my injury was possibly as bad as it was. I remained in a positive mindset even when I discovered that I tore both of my medial meniscus. Multiple people urged me to go to the doctor. I had 2 people tell me that there just was no way around it, and that they would not heal on their own and I would eventually have to go to the doctor and I will wish I had not waited.
