I joined posh Matk for these shoes lol. Did you buy them for your self and just didn’t work for some reason? I wear a 36 to 36.5. I purchased a 36.5 from Chanel directly as it’s the only size they have. They arrive weds. If they are too large then I’ll probably get yours if still available so thanks for answering that. Chanel. Didn’t know platform size.

@jmb4evr2009 Wow you must do a lot of traveling! I think that’s the way to go! I give all my business to one that doesn’t deserve it! I don’t travel much and since limit you to phone orders ability only after one week of release. Or I should say day 8…im kinda limited until I travel more and visitedspecific Chanel stores at least one time before you can get an advisor . I’m going to the one in Waikiki next week, so I’ll have at least two. Hopefully she second one will be less lazy!

@jmb4evr2009 do they require you to have to visit a specific store at least once in order to get a Chanel advisor from that store? ( other wise have to wait till the 8 th day after launch before they can order it fir you or do a phone order for you?

@the_real_bjo no, as long as you have purchase history with Chanel you can phone order anywhere in the US but they do make you wait on the new launches unless you’re in store

Ya I know I can order anywhere in US by phone order with purchase history, I do that too , I’m just trying to avoid having to wait the 8 days on the new launches, looking for a loop hole! Lol. Because by day 8 I usually can’t find my size or no longer available. I just need to visit more stores in person at some point and have more advisors to avoid the new launch wait times. I just need one that’s on top of things. Your right Customer service is lacking!

I literally own like 400 pairs of jeans I swear. And probably 80% I never wear and still have tags I love to ship yet don’t wear most stuff I buy. Maybe I should start a posh Matk store to make room for new things! I never make up my mind in time to do a store return lol.
