9K Gold Synthetic Purple Sapphire & Quartz Accented Screwback Earrings What a lovely bold 9k gold screw back earring set featuring a beautiful oval faceted purple synthetic color change sapphire at the center with a halo of 14 round cut faceted quartz stones.  The color change sapphires have a purple indoor color and a primary violet purple blue color. I did check with my jeweler and to convert the spin back earrings to posts would run about 50 dollars so something you can quite easily have done locally. Please note, the metal mix of this gold contains silver which can lead to tarnishing of the metal surface over time.  Please do review all of the photographs as they are of the actual item you are buying.
