A 50's vintage floral print dress

For consideration, a vintage orange/brown/yellow white print dress. It has buttons starting at the waist. It has a matching belt. It has no tags it fits like women's size small/medium. Across it measures 19 inchs, there is zero stretch . It measures 42 inches from hem to top of collar. It has a very tiny hole that has been patched (see photos). I didn't realize it even had the patched hole till I hung it in the sun to photograph it, even though its been worn twice. Fabric feels like linen.
