This is an adorable dress by Bar III. It is a pink and black plaid with a baby doll top and puffed sleeves. The back is smocked and the skirt has tiers. It is a rayon/cotton blend. It has an almost flannel feel to it. It is 21" from armpit to armpit and 38" from shoulder to hem. Around the neckline is elastic. This piece is new with tags.
