A. Byer dress with a flowy top and fitted straight pencil-style skirt at the bottom. Excellent pre-owned condition. The top bodice is lined, the arms are not. Tab buttons on sleeves. Top blossoms out a bit where it meets the skirt, the skirt has stretch. Skirt is 96% polyester / 4% spandex Bodice is 100% polyester Lining is 100% polyester Measurements taken laying flat: Pit to pit: 18" Waist: 14" Length from shoulder to hem: 33.5" Machine wash.
