A Charlotte Russe royal blue dress shirt💙

It's a small but runs a bit bigger so it's loose. Usually wore over or tucked in especially with a high waisted dress pants. It's royal blue with gold buttons. It has pockets, one on each side of your chest with two buttons each. The material is 100% polyester. It only been worn once.
