A. Cheng Cotton Bird Skirt

Really cute lined bird skirt from the A. Cheng boutique in Brooklyn, NY. It's in perfect condition, it's only been worn once or twice. It's sort of between an A-line and a fitted skirt. There aren't any tags to say the fiber content but it's definitely cotton and the lining is probably acetate. See the photos for measurements. Let me know if you have any questions.
