A Child's History of England by Charles Dickens. Published by Thomas Nelson and Sons of England. Book does not have a written publication date. Red leather cover with cloth bookmark. Spine features gold lettering of title and on bottom the publishers name "Nelson". Top pages are gilded. There's one illustrated picture and tissue paper on the following page. Tissue paper has some spotting, book mark is tattered at the ends. Pages are good and so is the binding. Some page creasing and spotting consistent with both use and age. The leather covers have wear and marks with tears around the edges. Has 414 pages and measures approx. 4 1/4" x 6 1/2". A great piece of literature. Please see all pictures, sold as is.
