This is a very cute Christopher & Banks Women's blazer jacket. It is mostly black with little white polka dots all over. This piece zips up the front, and it does have pockets but they appear to be sewn shut. It is 95% cotton and 5% polyester. This has a professional look to it but could be dressed down with a tank top underneath.
