A Common Thread Multi-Color Skirt - Size XS

This a line skirt from A Common Thread has a knit waistband that folds over to allow you to adjust the length of the skirt. The fabric is 94% cotton/6% spandex so the skirt has stretch. The front and back have appliquéd circles in various colors. There are no closures on the skirt (pull on skirt). It is marked a size P which A Common Thread's size XS with these measurements: Waist: 28-30" Hips: 36"-38" Length as shown in photos: 26"
