A Cotten Eddie Bauer Dress

I am 5'11" and this dress hits me mid shin. It's a great dress worn alone or with a cute jacket considering it's on-trend length. It is not a full Wrap dress that opens completely when untied - slip it over and the ties are connected on each side to tie around your waist.
