A (?) Designer Brass & Jet Crystal Necklace -796 $30 or $25 w/offer

This designer brass and jet crystal brass necklace is stunning. It has a jewelry brand tag with what appears to be a cursive A. I have no idea the brand but will continue to research on it. The metal has been tested to be solid brass except for at the clasp which is definitely plated. The necklace has a heart pendent with her crystal bead fringe. The chain has an extender. It was purchased at a boutique in San Francisco years ago. If anyone has any idea as to what is the brand or designer of this necklace, please let me know.
