This skirt has,a,crafty design. It is has an outer shell that is embroiled with stiched seams that have three layers of skirt uniquely stiched together. The 3rd layer which is the inner lining is complimented by 100% cotton and see through cloth the has a five leaf flower pattern to finish off the bottom layer of the skirt. The top part of the outer layer shell has a draw string for adjustable fitting in the waist. All material is 100% cotton. It is a fun wear.
