A La Tzarina Hooded Tunic

A La Tzarina hooded tunic. Soft to touch. Lightweight. Decorated with rhinestones, elephants and constellations. It’s a size 2X. I feel like it runs a bit smaller than plus size but it might just be the cut or how it lays. It’s a rayon/spandex mix. There are some wrinkles from being in storage. According to their size chart, 2X is a 14/16.
