Cotton A Line, v neck dress or cover up. This dress has zero give, no stretch. Tag says All:Row. There is no size tag but this is a XS or S. Measurements are arm pit to arm pit 19” Length from top of shoulders to bottom hem is 32”. This is A Line shape, no defined waist.
