A Line, Knee Length a Fringe Cocktail Dress - Navy Blue

BRAND NEW; NEVER WORN. A LaLaMira A Line cocktail dress in Navy blue. Off the shoulder with feminine fringe, satin base, a tulle skirt and knee length cocktail dress. This has the measurements of 18W in the picture, but I fit in size 12/14. I ordered this dress for a wedding, and it did not arrive in time. Because they tailor and make the dress per order, I was unable to return it. I haven't even put the dress on so it is truly brand new, never worn. Sadly, I have absolutely no need for the dress in the foreseeable future.
