alyndas_alley @pam_glam hi! I’m not sure the fabric, this is from target so you may be able to find it on their website. It’s oversized in terms of the look.. broader shoulders and long. I would be hesitant to say it would fit a medium as the arm holes would be the only issue other wise the rest of the fit is very loose. I hope that helps.

alyndas_alley @pam_glam I’m 5’w and it goes to mid thigh just past the butt. The top back (highest point) to the bottom is 29” I would say it could pass for the dress look
