A New Day Blue Floral Maxi Skirt Very pretty pink/white flowers on this blue skirt Size: medium No flaws Cinched or "gathered" skirt (fabric is drawn together at the waist) Flowy I wore this as a high-rise maxi skirt, wearing it close to my belly button 30 inches in length (meant to be high waisted!) Skirt waistband is 13 inches (it is elastic though so it can stretch too) I am typically a medium in clothes, 5"6 and a half, 145 pounds and this fit me great. :)
