Festive and versatile short sleeve red dress from A New Day in size Large. Could be worn over the holidays or Valentine’s Day with a black cardigan and black tights. Or can be worn in the spring or summer just with the dress and flip flops. Dress has a slip on the bottom half, from the waist line down. Elastic waist band feature sewn into the back horizontal waist seam for a slight ruche or for extra stretch. Has loops at the waist for adding a belt or ribbon, but one of the two loops broke. The loops can be easily cut off or the one broken one could be repaired with a few stitches. Wanted to give the buyer that decision, since not everyone uses waist belts.
