A New Day Gold Block Glitter Blouse

Okay, this blouse is really cute, and I really love it, but I have broad shoulders and a smaller waist so this literally does NOTHING for my figure. It has really lovely details. First off I love the block glitter, which gives it a deco vibe. The flutter sleeves, double button closure and eyelet back give it a very feminine touch. Then the double layer collar and sheer decolletage give it Victorian sexiness. Think Eva Green in Penny Dreadful.
