I was so excited to buy this after seeing it on a blogger I follow but bought it last year and have never worn it. The stripes are white and a very dark navy (it almost looks black). It's cute on its own, worn as a layering piece or as a swim coverup. The fit is a little oversized. It gives Clare V vibes and could be styled so many different ways.
