A New Day Vest Tunic Length, Size Small 4 Front Pockets Sleeveless Drawstring Waist Snap pockets, Front Zipper and Snaps. Army Green. Could potentially be worn as a mini dress. I would stick to Tunic and leggings - the fabric is thick and I'm not sure how that would work as a dress. This item is in excellent condition. Pit to Pit 18" (Approx 34-35" Bust) Length 30" Spot on Front left pocket - very small but visible in photos.
