A Pea In The Pod navy blue dress, size Small, short sleeve with bow and ruffle

This dress is short sleeve, with a bow on the side, and a cute 5 inch ruffle along the bottom hem. I only wore this dress one time. It is great for office/work attire. It is stretchy with a nice weight to the fabric. Very comfortable, and plenty of room for a growing belly!
