A Pea in the Pod Maternity Skirt - Large

NWT Maternity skirt by Pea in the Pod. It looks like a funny shape but it's because it's maternity! It is quite a tight fit and would likely fit someone who wears a size small. And as I was taking photos for listing the item I noticed a snag on the waistband on the back of the skirt and what looks like the start of a hole on the waistband at the front of the skirt. Please see photos. This has never been worn but somehow has these flaws. Seems like a comfortable material though.
